As shared last week, the demolition of the Ketterman Building progressed quickly – even faster than the construction team anticipated. In fact, as of today, the building is completely razed and a large rubble pile is what remains.

As part of WellSpan’s commitment to environmental sustainability, crews are now sifting through the pile to separate materials for recycling.

New Patient Registration Area Open

After about five months of renovation work, a new patient registration area inside York Hospital’s main entrance will open next week.

The new patient registration area consolidates all registration and improves operational efficiency and the patient experience.

The renovation of the registration area was part of a larger project to expand the capacity and services in the interventional radiology area.
