On Monday, Nov. 13, access to the Emergency Department via Irving Road will close to all traffic, including ambulance traffic, for the duration of Surgical and Critical Care Tower construction. South George Street will serve as the entrance for all Emergency Department traffic.

New Pedestrian Walkway at ED Entrance Beginning Nov. 20

On Monday, Nov. 20, the sidewalk adjacent to the Emergency Department drop-off circle will no longer be accessible. A new protected walkway along the west side (S. George St. side) of the ED drop-off circle will open to divert pedestrian foot traffic to the ED and away from the construction site.
