WellSpan moves to paperless billing statements

WellSpan is committed to reducing our impact on the environment. Beginning in March, as part of this commitment, we are moving to paperless statements for all patients with MyWellSpan accounts.   

Instead of receiving a monthly billing statement mailed to your home, you will receive an email/text message with your account balance and notice that your monthly statement is available on MyWellSpan.  

WellSpan sends out more than 1.68 million statements each year.  This small act could save as many as 500 trees a year.  Most consumers find paperless statements convenient and more secure. Plus, there is no more waiting on the mail.   

If you want to continue to receive a paper statement, you can easily cancel paperless statements in the Pay a Bill area of your MyWellSpan account.
