My provider is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and takes a lot of time with me.

She is a very caring person and sincerely wants to help people. She is not someone just for the paycheck and pushes you through like an assembly line. She listens to me about what I want for my body.

I wish I didn't have to see a new dr. I really like the care I received from Ky.

The provider went over all my records from Meritus ER and explained all the exams and test so I could understand them.

Great attitude treats you like a friend or family member

The only negative was that it took over an hour past my appointment time for me to be seen by Ky.  I was shown back to a room as soon as I arrived and was informed that she was running 15 minutes behind.  It was nearly an hour later before she came into the room.  This has happened for both myself and my husband the last few visits.

I always have a great experience with Ky. She always explains things well and answers all my questions.

My doctor is very good and caring and covers everything. I really like her. When I ask her questions she answers and looks things up before answering to be sure .  My doctor cares about her patients.

I called on Monday morning at 730. The scheduler got me in at 8 with KY. Which surprised me that got an appointment that soon. I was expecting one in a week or 2. Thanks to the scheduler upstanding she got me in very quickly. I have never seen KY and really liked her. I had a very bad cold and cough. Gave me an antibiotic and it is working very well for me.  Thanks to everyone that helped me Monday 10/23/23. I appreciate all of you. Thank you

Provider seemed genuinely concerned and ordered several tests. We completed the tests immediately following the visit and results have been back since last Thursday evening. I've been calling the office nonstop since Friday and the provider has still yet to call me or even review my son's blood test results. He has blood in his urine and one of his levels is through the roof. I'm VERY dissatisfied at this point and considering switching doctor's offices if I don't get a call IMMEDIATELY. 4 days is more than long enough with such an urgent matter!

Dr Keefer is wonderful person.Hope she don't leave any time soon. I'm very comfortable with she. Very sweet person.
