How do I sign up for MyWellSpan account?
There are three convenient registration options:
When will I get my email with MyWellSpan invitation to register?
Your invitation email is sent when your enrollment form is processed. In most cases, you will receive the email within a few hours of your visit or call.
Why do I need the MyWellSpan email invitation to register?
The email doesn't contain any information needed to complete the registration process. It serves as an indication that your enrollment has been processed and your account is ready to be activated. You can also complete your enrollment and create your account online.
What do I do if I did not receive or cannot find my email invitation to register?
Please check your email system's bulk, spam or junk folder. You may need to add "firstname.lastname@example.org" as an allowed address for your unique email system. You also can contact MyWellSpan Customer Support at 1-866-638-1842 to request that your WellSpan invitation to register be resent. For your protection, we may ask you to provide some information for identification purposes.
How secure is MyWellSpan?
We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and safe. Access is controlled through secure access control codes, personal usernames and passwords. You control your own password and the access to your account.
All communication between a user's computer and our web servers is encrypted (128-bit) using security methods called secure sockets layer (SSL) in the browser software. Encryption protects information from being understood even if it has been intercepted, and is used widely for many transactions such as purchases, banking services and credit card information.
No online sites are risk-free, and no confidentiality protections are absolute. Despite strong access control and accountability strategies, health information is vulnerable to unauthorized use—either accidentally or deliberately. We will do everything in our power to protect your health information, and request the same of you.
Who can have a MyWellSpan account, and can I manage an account for a family member?
You must be 18 years or older to have your own MyWellSpan account. You may request access to the MyWellSpan health information of your minor child, age 17 and under, adult for whom you act as caregiver or another adult.
Can I schedule an appointment on MyWellSpan?
Yes, you can schedule future non-urgent appointments via MyWellSpan.
Can I see my appointments on MyWellSpan?
Yes, you can view your scheduled appointments in the Appointment Center. Go to the Appointment Center to learn more, or watch our "how to" video.
Can I schedule an appointment for my child?
Yes, you can schedule an appointment for a well child visit. You must be granted proxy access for your child and can request this access once you create your own MyWellSpan account.
When will my lab test results be available for review on MyWellSpan?
A. Most commonly ordered labs from any WellSpan lab are viewable within 24 hours of being finalized. Different lab results can take different amounts of time to finalize and some can take several days. If several lab tests are performed on the same sample, the results may not be finalized at the same time.
Can I see my radiology or imaging report?
Yes, MyWellSpan offers patients access to imaging study reports after the report has been finalized. Different imaging study reports can take different amounts of time to finalize and some can take several days
Can I obtain my immunization record?
Yes, you can view and print your Immunizations. My may also download a PDF file that you can email to an employer, school or doctor.
Can I send a secure message to my provider?
Yes, MyWellSpan is the perfect way to communicate with your provider. Unlike regular email, secure messaging is done while you are logged into MyWellSpan which uses encryption technology. Send non-urgent questions and requests for routine appointments your WellSpan provider's office 24/7—all without repeated or missed phone calls. In case of an emergency, do not use MyWellSpan.
Can I request refills of my prescriptions?
Yes, you can request WellSpan Pharmacy refills.
This search will provide you with WellSpan Medical Group and Northern Lancaster County (Ephrata) Medical Group primary care physicians and specialists. If we don’t have a WellSpan Medical Group physician to meet your criteria, the search will expand to include community physicians who partner with WellSpan Medical Group physicians through the WellSpan Provider Network or provide care to patients on the Medical Staffs of WellSpan’s Hospitals.×
Use your MyWellSpan patient portal any time to view available appointments, and pick the date and time that best suits your schedule.
If you don't have a WellSpan primary care provider and would like to schedule a new patient appointment with a provider who is accepting patients, just log into your MyWellSpan account, and go to the Appointment Center section. As you progress through the scheduling process, you will be able to see the offices that are accepting new patients in relation to your zip code. If you are not enrolled in MyWellSpan, go to https://my.wellspan.org, call 1-866-638-1842 or speak with a member of the staff at a participating facility to sign up. New patient scheduling not available at all practices/programs.
If you already have a relationship with a WellSpan practice, simply log into your account, and go to the Appointment Center section. As you progress through the scheduling process, you will be able to schedule an appointment with any provider or practice that already counts you as a patient. Online scheduling varies by practice/program.×
