WellSpan’s New Employee Orientation program that occurs on your first day can be done remotely from your home or onsite at your WellSpan department. Your department leader will determine which option is available to you. This would have been communicated to you by your recruiter during your offer acceptance call. If you are unsure of this plan, please contact your leader for instruction.
You are highly encouraged to review this website in advance of your first day to ensure you are prepared to join the program promptly. Please click on “Preparing to Attend Orientation from Home” or “Preparing to Attend from Your WellSpan Department” based on your leader’s direction.
