Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I have always been interested in science. In college I majored in biology and had trouble trying to pick just one field to pursue. Becoming a physician seemed like the right decision since it involves many different aspects of science and medicine.

What I want my patients to know about me:

Initially I planned on becoming a surgeon but then switched to family medicine. Being a family physician gives me a better chance to follow my patients and more actively take part in helping them to manage their health

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

When I am not working I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my wife, son, and daughter. I also like going to the movies (especially action and sci-fi) whenever I have a chance.
