Why I chose to pursue a career in medicine:
I was inspired to enter the fields of PM&R and Interventional Pain Management after personally developing radicular pain while in college. I made a full recovery with physical therapy and other conservative measures. I have since developed a strong interest in spine and musculoskeletal conditions, as well as a passion for helping patients who suffer from those conditions.
What I want my patients to know about me:
I earned my medical degree from the Penn State College of Medicine / Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Afterwards, I completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Lankenau Medical Center. Next, I pursued residency training in the field of PM&R at the Weill Cornell Medical Center and Columbia University Medical Center Combined Program. I went on to fulfill a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of California, San Diego Medical Center, where I learned advanced procedures for the treatment of pain from renowned leaders in the field.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
In addition to being a physician, I am also an entrepreneur, independent filmmaker, creative writer, photographer, and visual artist.
