Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

The human body is incredible and capable of so many things, and I wanted to understand how and why! I became a nurse practitioner specifically to help patients with diabetes and endocrine-related problems. I love helping patients and their families learn more about diabetes and how to make a positive impact on the disease in their own lives.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I love talking to my patients and getting to know them! I believe that we are a team, working together to develop the best treatment strategy.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I love to run, read, travel and spend time with my husband and family.
