About Me

Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

My interest in medicine began at a young age. I have always enjoyed the sciences and am grateful to have had several exceptional teachers foster my interest in these areas. During college I had the unique opportunity to work in several different health care settings. It was through these experiences that I discovered my passion for family medicine. I believe that family medicine offers a unique opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds as we work together to improve their health.

What I want my patients to know about me:

Patients should expect me to not only be attentive to their concerns, but also help them achieve their health goals.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife, family and church. I also enjoy hiking, cycling, golfing and traveling. Most Saturdays in the fall, you can find me at State College cheering on Penn State Football!
