Sleep Centers

Sleep disorders impact all areas of a person's life—from performance at work to recreational activities and relationships.  Approximately one in three Americans suffer from a sleep disorder that makes waking and sleeping hours unpleasant.

Wondering if you have a sleep disorder?

If you regularly fall asleep unintentionally during the day, have trouble falling asleep at night or snore loudly, you probably need more than just a good night's sleep. These problems could be signs of a sleep disorder. An untreated sleep disorder can reduce your productivity, increase your chances of having an accident and put you at more risk for illness. But, help is available.

How WellSpan can help

WellSpan's outpatient sleep centers evaluate, diagnose and provide treatment recommendations for adult and children with problems associated with sleeping and waking.  These conditions include insomnia, snoring, restless leg syndrome, nocturnal seizures and narcolepsy.

If you suspect you or someone you know has a sleep disorder, talk to your doctor to see if you might benefit from a sleep evaluation.
