Massage Therapy and Energy Work

Massage therapy and energy work helps relax muscles, improve circulation, increase flexibility, relieve aches and pains, and may help your immune system to function better. Having a massage leaves you feeling calmer and more relaxed.

Our certified massage therapists will talk to you about your goals for massage therapy and will work with you to determine the best combination of techniques to address your health condition and improve your well-being.

We offer many therapeutic massages to meet your individual needs, including:

Integrative Reflexology

Integrative reflexology involves stimulating the bottoms of the feet to create a calming effect throughout the body. Integrative Reflexology can also include the hands and ears. Everyone may benefit, from children to the elderly, especially those with chronic health challenges as well as those who desire stress reduction. The service may include foot soaks, scrubs, aromatherapy, and the use of hydrating foot cream.

Lavender Foot Scrub

Allow the benefits of lavender to help rejuvenate fatigued and over worked feet.

Mindful Touch Therapy

Mindful Touch Therapy is a gentle yet effective treatment that helps to relieves stress, improve health, manage pain and restore balance and was originally created to be a safe and effective massage for individuals living with cancer, critical illness and other health circumstances where regular therapeutic massage may be contraindicated.

Myofascial Release

Gentle, sustained pressure into the fascial system through compression, traction, twisting or movement of a particular body part to break through fascial barriers or restrictions.  This release can result in an increased range of motion and general pain relief.

Myo-Stone Release

This procedure uses a hot stone and hand manipulation that gently combs the afflicted area, transforming a state of constriction into flexible, full range-of-motion muscle.

Neuromuscular Therapy

This comprehensive program of soft-tissue manipulation balances the body's central nervous system with the musculoskeletal system. It is also used to locate and release spasms and hyper-contraction in the tissue, eliminate trigger points that cause pain, rebuild the strength of injured tissues, assist venous and lymphatic flow, and restore postural alignment, proper biomechanics, and flexibility to the tissues.

Relaxation Massage

A style of massage that offers gentle techniques with the goal, or intention, of reducing stress and soothing muscular tension and to promote overall wellness.

Stone Massage

The heat from the stones will help to melt the tension in your muscles as the cold stones help to increase circulation.

Therapeutic Massage

Styles of massage that differ from relaxation by focusing on therapeutic goals such as releasing muscle spasms, strengthening or stretching specific muscles affected by an injury, and reducing pain. These more specific techniques can include trigger pointing and deep tissue work.
