Thank you for contacting the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD). A patient, parent or legal guardian is required to complete this intake paperwork. Due to the overwhelming community need there is a waitlist for evaluations and services. By completing this form, you or your family member will be added to our waitlist. You will be contacted once your name reaches the top of the list.

Debido a la extensa necesidad de la comunidad, hay una lista de espera para evaluaciones y servicios. Al completar este formulario, usted o su familiar serán agregados a nuestra lista de espera. New patients will participate in a multidisciplinary evaluation which consists of several appointments. At the end of that process a feedback session will provide recommendations for ongoing care.
Ongoing services may be available for individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities residing within the following counties of the WellSpan service area:
- Adams
- Cumberland
- Franklin
- Lancaster
- Lebanon
- York
Ongoing services include:
- Outpatient therapy-Individual, family and group
- Psychiatric Services (including medication management)
- ABA-adult services (Behavior Support), Lancaster county residents only
Note: Most services have a waitlist.
Individuals who live outside the WellSpan service area may receive an evaluation and brief consultative services. Ongoing services are not available.
The following services are not offered at CADD:
- speech therapy
- occupational therapy
- physical therapy
- neuropsychological testing
- developmental pediatrics
- adult evaluations for individuals 27 years old and older
