Individuals can benefit from the support of others experiencing the same thing. Our Cancer Support Group meets regularly to learn about nutrition, stress management, community resources and coping strategies. In addition, social workers, dietitians and other health professionals are available on a consulting basis to patients at the Ephrata Cancer Center.
In addition, we are committed to offering many cancer screenings throughout the year, including prostate, skin, breast, colorectal, testicular and others. These screenings go hand in hand with community education programs featuring our physicians and other regional speakers.
This group is for women facing breast cancer and breast cancer survivors and is intended to offer support, advice, and practical information. Light refreshments are served.
