Established Relationship

If you have an established relationship with a WellSpan primary care provider and had a visit within the past seven years, you can schedule a visit for a new illness, injury, or medical concern; annual physical; follow up visit or hospital follow up.

In addition, patients can also schedule flu shots and nurse visits as appropriate.

If you have an established relationship with a WellSpan specialty provider and had a visit within the past year, most specialty practices offer the ability to schedule a follow up visit.

Patients can also schedule screening mammograms and massage therapy visits via MyWellSpan.

New to WellSpan
