MyWellSpan Enrollment Options

We offer three convenient registration methods:

1. Register Online Now

Click the link above to create a new MyWellSpan account.  The process is fast and easy—only a few minutes from start to finish. To protect your health information, you will be asked a few security questions to confirm your identity.

2. Register via Phone

Contact MyWellSpan Customer Support at 1 (866) 638-1842.  Customer Support is available toll-free weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The enrollment process is fast and easy—only a few minutes from start to finish.

3. Register in Person

Visit any WellSpan Lab Services location or a participating WellSpan Medical Group office location to complete a paper application.

If your enroll via phone or in person, you will be issued an activation code.  When your MyWellSpan account is ready to be created, a personal "WellSpan Invitation to Register" email will be delivered directly to the email address you provide.

You must be age 18 or older to enroll and use MyWellSpan.

Can I Create a Proxy Account for My Child or Parent?

You may request access to the MyWellSpan health information of your minor child (age 17 and under); adult for whom you act as caregiver; or another adult, such as your spouse.  To complete this request, log into your MyWellSpan account and visit the Family Access section.

About the provider search

This search will provide you with WellSpan Medical Group and Northern Lancaster County (Ephrata) Medical Group primary care physicians and specialists. If we don’t have a WellSpan Medical Group physician to meet your criteria, the search will expand to include community physicians who partner with WellSpan Medical Group physicians through the WellSpan Provider Network or provide care to patients on the Medical Staffs of WellSpan’s Hospitals.
