Error when requesting a code for two-factor authentication
Summary: Patients using an iOS device are getting the following error, "we can't send you a code right now," when requesting a code for two-factor authentication.
Resolution: Uninstall and reinstall the WellSpan Health app. In addition, you may need to re-enable secondary login methods (face ID, touch ID, PIN) and re-enroll for push notifications upon your next log in.
