WellSpan offers a paid summer externship at WellSpan York Hospital to introduce students to the field of medical laboratory science. This is a competitive program and students must apply and be selected to participate. Applicants must be enrolled in a baccalaureate program at a college/university. Those majoring in Medical Laboratory Science (Medical Technology) are preferred. However, students in a laboratory-related field may also apply.

Applications for the summer of 2023 will be accepted starting December 15, 2022 through February 21, 2023. Click here for the application.
