This workshop, led by a registered dietitian/certified personal trainer, provides research-supported recommendations for improving mental and physical resilience and wellness, while reducing stress and inflammation, common predictors of poor health and chronic diseases. Each workshop will focus on a different topic, ranging from meditation basics for stress reduction, to the best exercises and foods for keeping blood sugars and energy stable.
