Dr Hoover is extremely friendly and took his time with me.  I did not feel rushed like I do with other health care providers.

The prescription written did not meet the requirements at the pharmacy.

I was treated as a new patient even though I have been a patient of Dr. Hoover for 30+ years. Granted I have not seen him since 2013. I have attempted to make an appointment since March 2023 due to abdominal pain. My appointment was scheduled for November but I called to ask if they had any cancellations and my appointment was scheduled for October. Dr Hoover commented that I had gone elsewhere for care, which I did, due to being in pain and not being able to see Dr Hoover.
