Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I have always had a passion for science and helping others. Medicine was the perfect fit to combine those interests. As my knowledge and skill grew, I became passionate at preventing chronic illness and helping people navigate their wellness journey.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I am passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle through education and disease prevention. Exercise and movement are the cornerstones of medicine, so getting people moving and keeping people active is crucial in promoting global health.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and two children, typically by a sports field or basketball court. I am also a food enthusiast enjoying good food and a fresh cup of coffee.
