Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I chose to pursue a career in medicine because I love people. I believe medicine is a noble calling where there are consistent opportunities to be a force for good in the lives of others. Occupational Medicine has been an especially good fit for my specific interests in population health, law, and business.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I grew up in Lancaster County in a large family and now have a family of my own. I have had many experiences as a patient, or in supporting a family member as a patient, that have shaped my perspective and approach as a physician. As my patient, please know that it is my highest objective to never allow a problem to be solved to become more important than a person to be cared for.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I am a family man and an avid outdoors-man. When I am not spending time watching movies or sports, eating good food, or playing games with my family, I am hopefully casting a fly to a rising trophy trout.
