Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

As a young child, I was always interested in learning how things worked and how to fix something when it was broken. I knew that when I grew up I wanted to use these interests in a meaningful way that would help others, which is what lead me to pursue a career in medicine. I believe I am very fortunate to have a career which allows me to be a part of a team that is able to make positive impacts in the lives of others as well as elevate their quality of life.

What I want my patients to know about me:

Above anything else, I want my patients to know that I am here for them. I want them to feel as comfortable as possible and to know that their recovery and healing is my top concern. I also want my patients to ask any and all questions that they have regarding their care so that everyone is on the same page moving forward.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

When I am not at the hospital or in the office seeing patients, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, exercising, and being outside during the summer. I've also recently started golfing so I'm hoping to get better at that soon. I also hope to start traveling to new countries in the near future.
