Thank you for reading Blind Spot and helping WellSpan improve our diversity and inclusion. In the book you will be asked to try some rapid-fire test to reveal possible hidden biases that we all have. While these can be completed on paper, we have found that it is easier and more powerful to take them online. Please find the links to the tests below

If you are like us, you may be both surprised and uncomfortable with the results of some these tests. The book’s authors describe their own experience in discovering their own biases so please know you are not alone. And that, in fact, is the point of the exercise. It is helpful to remember that these ‘mind bugs’ are present in almost everyone and that understanding their inevitable presence is helpful to improving our culture and inclusiveness.
