Mandy Arnold is the President and CEO of Gavin™, a leading boutique branding and communications agency serving regional and national clients. In this role, Mandy has led positive and important changes through marketing and communications strategy for clients on various community planning and public health efforts regionally and nationally. Arnold is the past board president of Downtown Inc., where she continues to volunteer. She is also a member of the HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College’s York Campus Advisory Board.
