Hilda Shirk, PhD, MSW spent her career working with nonprofit organizations, most recently as a consultant to Recovery Lancaster, providing expertise and resources to businesses to mitigate the public health impact of COVID-19. Dr. Shirk retired as the President & CEO of Lancaster Health Center, a federally qualified health center delivering primary care and dental services. In addition to service on the WellSpan board, she is a member of the board of directors of Landis Communities and the High Foundation and serves on the Lancaster Central Market Standholders’ Review Committee.
