Mr. Lafferty became WellSpan’s vice president of planning in 2013 after serving as vice president of strategic services at Ephrata Community Hospital for 15 years. During this time, he worked collaboratively with the leadership team, physicians and board to develop plans and strategies that supported the growth and development of the organization.
Mr. Lafferty previously served in planning leadership roles in several regional healthcare systems, including PinnacleHealth and its predecessor organizations, as well as The Good Samaritan Hospital. He has holds a master’s degree in public administration (Healthcare Management) and a bachelor’s degree in health planning and administration from The Pennsylvania State University.

If we don’t have a WellSpan Medical Group physician to meet your criteria, the search will expand to include community physicians who partner with WellSpan Medical Group physicians through the WellSpan Provider Network or provide care to patients on the Medical Staffs of WellSpan’s Hospitals.×

If you already have a relationship with a WellSpan practice, simply log into your account, and go to the Appointment Center section. As you progress through the scheduling process, you will be able to schedule an appointment with any provider or practice that already counts you as a patient.
