Vice President, Nursing Practice & Clinical Informatics, WellSpan Health
Ms. O'Shea was appointed to her current position in October 2013 and has been charged with leading nursing practice, as well as clinical infomatics across the system. In the nine years prior, she served as WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital's vice president of Patient Care Services. She has also held a variety of positions with WellSpan, including clinical education team leader and clinical staff nurse in WellSpan York Hospital's labor and delivery and emergency departments.
Ms. O'Shea holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in nursing from University of Maryland She is a member of a number of organizations including the South Central Organization of Nurse Leaders where she serves as education co-chair. She also sits on the board of directors for both the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Southcentral PA and the Child Advocacy Center of Adams County.

If we don’t have a WellSpan Medical Group physician to meet your criteria, the search will expand to include community physicians who partner with WellSpan Medical Group physicians through the WellSpan Provider Network or provide care to patients on the Medical Staffs of WellSpan’s Hospitals.×

If you already have a relationship with a WellSpan practice, simply log into your account, and go to the Appointment Center section. As you progress through the scheduling process, you will be able to schedule an appointment with any provider or practice that already counts you as a patient.
