The York Health Foundation's annual golf tournament will be on Monday, May 15, 2023 at the Country Club of York. Many corporate sponsors and individuals will participate in this tournament, which benefits the WellSpan York Hospital Forensic Examiner Program.

Forensic Examiner Program
The Forensic Examiner Program at WellSpan York Hospital provides comprehensive, trauma-informed care to individuals impacted by interpersonal trauma. Populations served by this team include sexually-assaulted adults and pediatrics, pediatric physical abuse, elder abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking. Without intervention, interpersonal trauma may have lifelong after-effects impacting a person's physical and mental health.
In collaboration with our community partners, the forensic nursing specialty brings expertise to our region in the complex care needed for these individuals. Care is provided to minimize the long-term health consequences associated with interpersonal trauma.
Last year, the Forensic Examiner Program provided care to 762 patients.
