Anger Management Group
Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. We've all felt anger; perhaps as a fleeting annoyance or as a full-fledged rage.
When anger gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to major problems in personal and professional relationships. When not expressed appropriately, it can contribute to depression, anxiety and numerous health problems.
If you feel that your anger is having a negative impact in your life and relationships with other people, you may want to consider our Anger Management Group Program.
The structured group, which consists of 5-10 people, meets weekly for 10 consecutive weeks.
