Comprehensive evaluation and treatment for:

  • Pelvic organ prolapse (feeling of a bulge from the vagina, dropped bladder or uterus)
  • Urinary incontinence (leakage of urine)
  • Overactive bladder (feeling the need to urinate more frequently than usual)
  • Recurrent urinary tract infections
  • Microsopic blood in the urine
  • Fistula between the bladder or rectum and the vagina
  • Interstitial cystitis
  • Fecal incontinence
  • Vulvodynia (pain at the opening of the vagina)

In-office procedures:

  • Urodynamic studies (bladder test to evaluate incontinence)
  • Cystoscopy (looking inside the bladder with a telescope)
  • Injections for pelvic floor muscle spasm

Comprehensive surgical procedures including:

  • DaVinci® robotic surgery for pelvic organ prolapse
  • Minimally invasive vaginal surgery for prolapse
  • Minimally invasive same day surgery for urinary incontinence
  • Implantation of a “pacemaker” for bladder and bowel control
  • Bladder Botox

  • Management of mesh complications
