Years of squinting, concentrating, or frowning can cause your skin to furrow and crease. As time passes, your skin becomes less elastic and those moderate to severe frown lines remain-even when your muscles aren’t contracting. With Botox Cosmetic, you can get real, noticeable results and still look yourself. So, you can still frown or look surprised, but without wrinkles and creases between your brows.
Injectable gel that is the first and only FDA-approved HA filler that lasts up to 1 year with 1 treatment. As we age, our skin changes. The smooth consistency gel helps to instantly restore your skin's volume and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds, like your "smile lines" or “parentheses” —the creases that run from the bottom of your nose to the corners of your mouth.
Juvederm Voluma XC
Injectable gel is the first and only filler FDA-approved to instantly add volume to the cheek area. It gives you a subtle lift, helping to restore contour and a more youthful profile, for up to 2 years, in patients over the age of 21. It's different than JUVÉDERM XC and works on a different area of the face. JUVÉDERM XC smoothes out moderate to severe wrinkles and folds around the nose and mouth, like parentheses. JUVÉDERM VOLUMA XC, however, adds volume to the cheek area.

If you feel your eyes make you look older, sad or fatigued, you may want to consider eyelid surgery or blepharoplasty. This procedure is designed to rejuvenate the upper and/or lower eyelids. Through strategically placed incisions, the procedure involves the removal of excess skin and fatty tissue. Because the incisions are placed in the natural contours of the eyelid, they are camouflaged upon healing. This procedure will leave your eyes and your entire expression looking younger.
Bothered by excess fat around your cheeks, chin and neck? Your face says a lot about you as a person. Facial Liposuction can make a dramatic change in the way you look by removing the excess fat from your cheeks, chin and neck. Liposuction removes unwanted localized deposits of fat cells from the body. Your surgeon uses a special tube called a cannula that is inserted through a tiny incision placed in an inconspicuous location on the face or neck. Using a suction syringe or pump attached to the cannula, the fat cells are extracted. The result is a resculpting of bulging areas into more attractive and more youthful facial contours.
Facial rejuvenation is a combination of cosmetic or medical procedures used to increase or restore facial geometry and skin appearance. These procedures may include brow lift, elimination of eye bags, eyelids lift, elimination of senile spots, skin aging, facial sagging and wrinkles by face lift and rhytidectomy and physical or chemical peeling, chin lift (reduction of double chin), and restoration of facial hairline. These procedures are usually successful and in some cases achieve striking results.

Breast augmentation includes the popular “Gummy Bear” implants.
Breast reconstruction includes implants plus expanders. Expanders are more form fitting to patient’s breasts with a more realistic shape. Sientra expanders offer simplicity of choice with features you can rely on. The ACX (Anatomical Controlled Tissue Expansion) Matrix provides an intelligent footprint design for two-staged reconstruction and boasts the only option for differential expansion with optimal control - the double chamber expander.
Breast Enhancement or Augmentation
Breast enhancement or augmentation is a surgical procedure to enhance the size and shape of a woman's breast. By inserting an implant behind each breast, surgeons are able to increase a woman's bust line by one or more bra cup sizes.
This procedure may be performed for various reasons including:
For many women, the result of breast augmentation can be satisfying as they learn to appreciate their fuller appearance.
Breast reduction is designed for women experiencing a variety of medical problems including back and neck pain, skin irritation, skeletal deformities and breathing problems caused by their very large pendulous breasts, In addition, bra straps may leave indentations in their shoulders. And unusually large breasts can make a woman or teen feel extremely self-conscious.
The procedure removes fat, glandular tissue, and skin from the breasts, making them smaller, lighter, and firmer. It can also reduce the size of the areola, the darker skin surrounding the nipple. The goal is to give the woman smaller, better-shaped breasts in proportion with the rest of her body.
Reconstruction Following Mastectomy
Reconstruction of a breast that has been removed due to cancer or other disease is one of the most rewarding surgical procedures available today. New medical techniques and devices have made it possible for surgeons to create a breast that can come close in form and appearance to matching a natural breast. Frequently, reconstruction is possible immediately following breast removal (mastectomy), so the patient wakes up with a breast mound already in place, having been spared the experience of seeing herself with no breast at all. But bear in mind, post-mastectomy breast reconstruction is not a simple procedure. There are often many options to consider as you and your doctor explore what's best for you.
Chances are your reconstructed breast may feel firmer and look rounder or flatter than your natural breast. It may not have the same contour as your breast before mastectomy, nor will it exactly match your opposite breast. But these differences will be apparent only to you. For most mastectomy patients, breast reconstruction dramatically improves their appearance and quality of life following surgery.
Breast Lift or Mastopexy
Breast Lift, or mastopexy, is a surgical procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts. It can also reduce the size of the areola, the darker skin surrounding the nipple. If your breasts are small or have lost volume--for example, after pregnancy--breast implants inserted in conjunction with mastopexy can increase both their firmness and their size.
Keep in mind that this procedure won't keep you firm forever--the effects of gravity, pregnancy, aging, and weight fluctuations will eventually take their toll again. Women who have implants along with their breast lift may find the results last longer.
Has diet and exercise failed to reduce those areas of unwanted fat. Liposculpture may be what you are looking for. Liposculpture, also known as liposuction, is the removal of unwanted fat from specific areas of the body. Using a straw-like tube called a cannula, the fat is drawn out of the body. Since the body does not create new fat cells, this area is forever free of those specific fat cells. Liposuction is not a substitute for weight loss, but rather a way to change what heredity may have dealt you.
Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)
Can't seem to lose that unsightly belly bulge? Abdominoplasty, known more commonly as a "tummy tuck," is a major surgical procedure to remove excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and to tighten the muscles of the abdominal wall. The procedure can dramatically reduce the appearance of a protruding abdomen. But bear in mind, it does produce a permanent scar, which, depending on the extent of the original problem and the surgery required to correct it, can extend from hip to hip. This surgery is particularly helpful to women who, through multiple pregnancies, have stretched their abdominal muscles and skin beyond the point where they can return to normal.
Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)
Are flabby arms keeping you from wearing certain clothes? An arm lift, also known as brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure to remove loose skin and excess fat deposits in the upper arm. With age, upper arm skin can become loose and flabby. Plastic surgeons will discuss brachioplasty with patients who want to tighten this skin and look as good as they feel.
Thigh lift is surgery that removes excess skin and fat from your thighs. The goal of the procedure is to improve the appearance of your thighs by removing the “dimpled look” produced by cellulite. The incision does leave a scar at the hip, but it fades in time and can be hidden by a bathing suit.
Body lift is performed to remove the excess skin or fatty tissue that exists on the body as a result of age or extreme weight loss. More extensive surgery than the tummy tuck, the body lift is performed on the lower torso and upper legs and involves the belly, hips, back, buttocks and outer thighs.
People who have lost a great deal of weight, either through gastric bypass surgery, intestinal bypass surgery or change in nutrition and fitness habits and people who are not able to lose 30 or 40 pounds through diet or exercise may opt for body lift surgeries.
Normal weight women in their 30s and 40s, often many years past giving birth, also opt for body lift surgery to remove remaining post-baby weight and additional weight that came naturally with age.
