We encourage you to use the convenient refill request feature on the MyWellSpan patient portal if your prescription was filled originally at one of WellSpan’s five retail pharmacies. This program allows you to submit your request at any hour of the day and notifies you via email, text message or phone call when your prescription is ready. You can also submit a refill request by using MyWellspan’s secure messaging feature.
Alternatively, you may request a refill by calling your pharmacy. If you need a written prescription, please call the office during regular business hours 24 to 48 hours before you need it.
Please contact our office during regular business hours for general health and non-urgent questions. You may also send us secure messages with non-urgent questions and routine appointment requests using your MyWellSpan account 24/7 from your personal computer, smart phone or tablet.
If you are a parent and have your own MyWellSpan account, you also can send secure messages about your children's health care and access their lab and imaging results, immunization records and medical history.
If you do not have a MyWellSpan account, click here. The enrollment process is fast and easy.
We answer our phone 24-hours-a-day for emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening condition, dial 911 or go to the closest Emergency Department immediately.
This WellSpan Medical Group office has been recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) by the National Council for Quality Assurance (NCQA), an innovative, patient-centered primary care program that meets nationally recognized standards for delivering high-quality care while reducing health care costs.
The Patient-Centered Medical Home model is based on a series of evidence-based requirements that encourage patient/physician partnerships—as well as involvement by the patient’s family, when appropriate—to ensure that patients receive care when and where they need and want it in a manner that they understand it.
