Chris has specialized in women's health since joining York OB/Gyn (now York Women's Health Center) in 1993.
She maintains her practice there while expanding into a new area of practice with WellSpan Medspa, Chris explains her interest in medical spa treatments: “When I entered mid-life, I became interested in medical treatments to help people adjust to their seasoned appearance in our youth-oriented culture. I understand that cosmetic procedures are not a solution to issues such as low self esteem, depression or anxiety. But I do know they can make a difference in the way people look at and feel about themselves. My feeling is that cosmetic enhancements give people more confidence in the ways they interact with others and with life in general. This leads to a healthier lifestyle as people become more motivated to take care of themselves.”
Chris has advanced education for the services she delivers, including Botox and dermal filler injections.

Tifani Ennis, licensed massage therapist
I am deeply rooted within the belief that massage therapy and the healing arts can advance the human potential through helping people transform the patterns of their lives.
We are dynamic human beings, we are always changing; our cells, blood, breath always in motion. Thus, even though a pattern has been set, it can be altered. My mission is to restore, inspire, and promote balance and well-being in the bodies, minds, and souls of my clients by combining both Eastern and Western Modalities and philosophies. My interest in the body-mind connection, and the idea that they are united and not dual, allows me to treat clients with a greater sentiment that helps them find that connection. I hope to guide my clients within, where they will find clarity and a renewed sense of wonder as they allow massage to be a vehicle of awareness.
I am a state licensed massage therapist having graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage in December 2009. Also a practitioner of energy therapy and the healing arts, I attended the Pennsylvania School of Spiritual Healing and graduated in May of 2009. An artist, focusing on photography, I attended The Art institute of Philadelphia from 2004 to 2007 and am forever embarking on new artistic endeavors.
