The Anticoagulation Clinic provides supportive services to patients requiring coumadin therapy. Coumadin (generic-Warfarin) is one of the most commonly prescribed anticoagulant medications. Coumadin is used to offer protection from the development of a blood clot and protects against heart attack and stroke. Coumadin is often used for patients who suffer from clotting disorders, patients who have undergone heart valve surgery or other complicated surgical procedures, or patients who suffer from an irregular heart rhythm called atrial fibrillation.

As you progress through the scheduling process, you will be able to schedule an appointment with any provider or practice that already counts you as a patient.
