Recent studies show improvements in the early detection of lung cancer through low-dose screening CT scans that may positively impact the management of lung cancer. The pros and cons of this testing will be shared as well as other details and information about smoking cessation.
This presentation is designed for those between the ages of 55 and 74 who currently smoke or have stopped in the past 15 years. There will be an opportunity to speak with a surgeon. Refreshments will be served.
