Online Scheduling

Need to be seen quickly for an injury, illness or routine follow-up with your WellSpan primary care provider? You now have the option to schedule these types of appointments online 24/7 using your MyWellSpan account. Learn more about this new MyWellspan option below.

Which practices participate in online scheduling?

To determine if your primary care practice participates, find the practice listing in the "Offices & Locations" section. Look for a gold bar icon that says "Schedule Appointments Online" on the the practice's "Overview" page (circled in the example below):

How does the online scheduling feature work?

Once you've logged into your MyWellSpan account, select the "Appointment Center" tab on the navigation bar (circled in the picture below) and then choose the "Schedule Appointment" option.

Next, follow the simple instructions to complete the steps to schedule an appointment with your provider:

  1. Choose Patient: Indicate whether the appointment will be for you or someone for whom you've been granted proxy access. Parents can apply for proxy access to their children's health records. (Proxy access is now available for all children ages 18 and under.)

  2. Choose Appointment Type: Indicate the nature of your appointment request (i.e., illness, injury, follow-up or other).

  3. Reason: Describe the reason for your visit.

  4. Choose Office: Select the practice where you would like to make an appointment.  The list will display offices where the patient has been seen previously.

  5. Choose Appointment: You will have the opportunity to view available same-day appointments, as well as times available during the following two business days. Once you select the day and time that works best for you, you will have the opportunity to review a summary of the appointment details. If the information is correct, click the "confirm" button.

About the provider search

This search will provide you with WellSpan Medical Group and Northern Lancaster County (Ephrata) Medical Group primary care physicians and specialists. If we don’t have a WellSpan Medical Group physician to meet your criteria, the search will expand to include community physicians who partner with WellSpan Medical Group physicians through the WellSpan Provider Network or provide care to patients on the Medical Staffs of WellSpan’s Hospitals.

New to this practice?

If you don't have a WellSpan primary care provider and would like to schedule a new patient appointment with a provider who is accepting patients, just log into your MyWellSpan account, and go to the Appointment Center section. As you progress through the scheduling process, you will be able to see the offices that are accepting new patients in relation to your zip code. If you are not enrolled in MyWellSpan, go to, call 1-866-638-1842 or speak with a member of the staff at a participating facility to sign up. New patient scheduling not available at all practices/programs.

Already a patient at this practice?

If you already have a relationship with a WellSpan practice, simply log into your account, and go to the Appointment Center section. As you progress through the scheduling process, you will be able to schedule an appointment with any provider or practice that already counts you as a patient. Online scheduling varies by practice/program.
