Housing Allowance

Educational Leave

All Levels: 5 days/ per academic year

Interview Time

All Levels: 5 days throughout residency
Thereafter, charged 1/2 PTO/1 interview day

Holidays

6 Standard Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day. July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas. (If you are scheduled to work on the holiday you will be scheduled for a day off at the earliest day available).

Leave of Absence

WellSpan’s leave of absence policy applies to all residents.
Family medical leave provided for up to 12 weeks.
Short term disability is provided.

Health Insurance

Choice of three health plans reflecting different coverage levels and resident contributions. One of the plans is a high deductible plan with a Health Savings Account option.

Living Quarters

On-call quarters furnished in hospital

Each resident/fellow will be provided with a swipe card on July 1
Residents will receive $2,400/academic year (July 1 through June 30) for meals

About the provider search

This search will provide you with WellSpan Medical Group and Northern Lancaster County (Ephrata) Medical Group primary care physicians and specialists. If we don’t have a WellSpan Medical Group physician to meet your criteria, the search will expand to include community physicians who partner with WellSpan Medical Group physicians through the WellSpan Provider Network or provide care to patients on the Medical Staffs of WellSpan’s Hospitals.
