Hospital Care
We have partnered with Brockie Hospitalists to provide care to our patients who are hospitalized at York Hospital. 

Appointments

Please call WellSpan HealthSource, the newly expanded Physician and Service Referral line at (800) 840-5905 to verify this office currently accepts new patients. Appointments are scheduled daily during regular business hours.

Prescriptions

Requests for prescription refills should be by contacting your pharmacy.

Health Questions

Please contact our office staff during our regular business hours for general health or non-urgent questions.

Emergencies

Our phone is answered 24-hours a day in case of an emergency.

Insurance and Fees

East Berlin Family Medicine has established a fee schedule that we will be willing to discuss with you at any time. You are responsible for paying all fees, including co-payments, at the time of your office visit.

We accept payment from Medicare, Highmark Blue Shield and most major insurance plans. We are also a participating provider in SOUTH CENTRAL Preferred, HealthAmerica and Keystone.

We are not responsible for settlement of insurance claims. However, we would be happy to assist you in this area.
