Our Services

Cross Keys Internal Medicine provides a comprehensive range of services:

Adults (any patient over 14)

• Routine and comprehensive history and physicals
• Assessment and management of diseases of adults-cardiac arrhythmias, strokes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes

Geriatrics

• Treatment of acute/chronic illness and minor injury
• Dermatology/removal of skin lesions

Women's Health

• Routine health maintenance exams and preventive health care

Urgent Care

• Treatment of sprains and injuries that are not life-threatening or emergency

Appointments

Appointments are scheduled daily during regular office hours. Prescription refills, general health and non-urgent questions are best handled during these regular hours. In addition, our phone is answered 24-hours a day in case you have an emergency health care need.

Prescriptions

Requests for prescription refills should be called to your pharmacy. If you need a written prescription, please call the office during business hours 24-48 hours before you need it.  

Health Questions

Please contact our office staff during our regular business hours for general health or non-urgent questions.

Emergencies

Our phone is answered 24-hours a day in case of an emergency.

Insurance & Fees

Cross Keys Internal Medicine has established a fee schedule, which we will be willing to discuss with you at any time. You are responsible for paying all fees, including co-payments, at the time of your office visit.

We do participate in many health plans including SOUTH CENTRAL Preferred, HealthAmerica, Keystone, Highmark, Medicare and many others. Please call our office if you would like to fInd out if we participate in your plan.

We are not responsible for settlement of insurance claims. However, we would be happy to assist you. Any billing questions should be directed to Physician Billing at ,800-839-1404 or 717-851-6816.
