VNA Home Health

For over 100 years, we have understood that the best place to treat the body is where the heart is-at home. Often times when patients are recovering from an illness or accident, are disabled, have a chronic illness or are terminally ill, they do not need to be hospitalized but do need health care assistance.  Our specialized staff of nurses, aides, therapists and specialized caregivers work with physicians to provide the services necessary to treat patients in the comfort of their own home. 

Home Health Services

If you are in need of part-time, skilled, intermittent home health services that have been ordered by a physician and are medically necessary to the treatment of an illness or injury, VNA Home Health can help.  We offer a wide range of services including skilled nursing care; home health aides; physical, occupational and speech therapy; IV therapy; wound and ostomy care; phlebotomy services and more.

Hospice Services

At some time in our lives, we all will face the terminal illness of a family member or close friend. VNA Hospice provides a full range of services to help families through the difficult times associated with the loss of a loved one.  Our interdisciplinary team of nurses, home health aides, social workers, spiritual caregivers and volunteers work in conjunction with the patient's physician to enable terminally ill patients to remain in their home and focus on the quality of life.  Our caregivers work closely with the patient and family to provide pain control and management of the physical symptoms which accompany a terminal illness.  And we provide counseling and emotional support to both the patient and family.

Community Services

VNA Community Services enables clients to remain at home, maintaining the quality of life in which they are accustomed to living. We custom tailor our private duty services to fulfill the patients individual home care needs, including assistance with daily living, assistance with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, respite care, companionship and more.
