Pat Flynn was introduced to T'ai Chi in the early 1980's. It wasn't until 1999 when she took a course from accredited instructor, Marge Erickson in Hanover, PA that she became serious about T'ai Chi. Marge gently guided Pat's studies and in 2002, she became accredited. Since then, Pat has traveled 3-4 times a year to various T'ai Chi ChihÒ events in order to continually refine her own movements and to become a better teacher for her students. In 2004, she became accredited to teach Seijaku, the advanced form of T'ai Chi Chih, and is schooled in the art of teaching seated T'ai Chi Chih. Prior to her T'ai Chi Chih endeavors, Pat studied nutrition, herbology, reflexology and various alternative modalities. In 1998 she was awarded her certificates in Alternative Healing and Reiki Master of the Usui System of Natural Healing. Complementing her studies in alternative modalities, she graduated in 1988 with high honors from Essex Community College in the Animal Sciences where she had rotations at Johns Hopkins and the Maryland Medical Labs.

Having chronic Lymes Disease for well over 20 years, Pat found that alternative healing modalities definitely helped soothe the many and varied symptoms of Lymes Disease. It was not until practicing T'ai Chi Chih did she feel as if all the symptoms of chronic Lymes disease where finally melting away. Pat and her husband live in Southern York County on a small farm nestled in the woods. They both prefer being homebodies and being with their pets.

Vickie Neely, CMTVicki Neely, CMT, graduated with high honors from the Baltimore School of Massage, York Campus in 2010.  She is very passionate about helping people find relief from pain in ways other then taking medicine on a daily basis. Many people experience high stress levels because of the demands they place on themselves and on their bodies.  They overwork themselves leaving minimal time for relaxation. The result can often be pain in the form of headaches, back and neck aches. Along with the physical strains our body has to endure our well being is also affected by emotional/psychological stress. The two are often affected by the other. By taking time regularly to receive a relaxing or therapeutic massage you can reduce and even eliminate bothersome pain making it easier to enjoy life.

Vicki resides in York with her husband, son and daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing and watching many types of sports and flower gardening. Her desire to help people feel better and lead a happy life is the motivation behind Vicki becoming a massage therapist. She is looking forward to continuing her education as a therapist to add to her current techniques. top of page
