With locations across York and Adams counties, WellSpan's expert team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and mental health professionals combine efforts to provide the most appropriate level of behavioral health care for people of all ages: children, adolescents and adults.
We offer a variety of outpatient services including individual therapy, family and group counseling and medication management by a psychiatrist, along with special services such as neuropsychological testing, forensic psychiatry, employee assistance, crisis intervention, substance abuse and child and adolescent.
For individuals requiring inpatient care, York Hospital features separate adult and geriatric units for intense, short-term treatment and assessment. Out inpatient units are designed to help stabilize patients so they may move on to less restrictive outpatient care as quickly as possible. And, our professionals provide consultation for patients at York Hospital, Gettysburg Hospital, Hanover Hospital, and area nursing homes.
