The York Health Foundation is an entity of WellSpan Health that coordinates and acknowledges all charitable gifts to the York Hospital, the York VNA, WellSpan Medical Group and Healthy Community Pharmacy (new in 2004). Donations may be directed to a specific entity (such as York Hospital) and may also be directed to a specific fund (such as the Cancer Patient Help Fund) or program (such as the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit). Donations may also be made "unrestricted" to one of the entities. Memorial or Honor donations should be made payable to the York Health Foundation and should specify the location or entity (York Hospital, York VNA) and/or fund to which the gift is to be directed (see list below).

Gifts may also be designated as "unrestricted" to the York Health Foundation, the York Hospital, or the York VNA. Donations may be made online or may be mailed to York Health Foundation, 912 S. George Street, York, PA 17403.

The donor will be acknowledged and the family of the deceased or the honoree will be provided with a list of donors biweekly for the first month and monthly thereafter. Please send the next of kin name and complete address to bsweitzer@wellspan.org so that we may insure receipt of the donor list.

Funds to which donations may be designated (explanations are provided for those that are not self-explanatory). Please be sure to have donors specify to which fund they would like to make the donation.
