Book Donations for Future Events

Book Donations are accepted at our warehouse at 203 Dewey Street on Monday mornings only from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM beginning on October 5th. 

The warehouse will be closed on Monday November 23rd, November 30th, Monday December 28th, 2009 and Monday January 4th, 2010.

Community drop boxes for book donations will be placed out in the community in March of 2010.

2009 Sale Details

The Book Nook Bonanza celebrated it's 51st Anniversary this year, and experienced record crowds of book lovers, who purchased thousands of new and used books, CDs, tapes, DVDs, and record albums.  These sales resulted in over $50,000 being donated to the charity beneficiary, which is the new neonatal intensive care unit at York Hospital. 

This event, which is held by the the York Hospital Auxiliary, and managed by the York Health Foundation, attracted several thousand book buyers.
