Is Healthy York Network health insurance? No. Healthy York Network is not health insurance. Through a commitment from area health care providers, eligible participants have access to essential medical services and medications at discounted cost. Am I eligible for Healthy York Network?
If I am eligible, where will I receive health care and medications?
Where can I go to apply for Healthy York Network? Applications are available at the Community Progress Council, WellSpan Health, Memorial Hospital, York Health Corporation, the York Spanish American Center, or the York City Bureau of Health. Financial counselors at each of these locations will explain the process to you and help you complete the application. If you currently receive medical care through Memorial Hospital, WellSpan Health or York Health Corporation, please ask their staff if you can be part of the program. Questions?
