June 26, 27, and 28, 2009 at York Suburban Middle School

The Book Nook Bonanza offers over 250,000 books at low prices.  Most hardbacks are $2.00 each and paperbacks are $1.00.  We also have thousands of magazines for sale at 5 for $1.00

2009 NEWS - We have received a huge amount of VHS, DVD, album, and tape donations.  One entire room will be full of these items for collectors.

Book Nook Bonanza 2009 will be held on June 26, 27, and 28, 2009 at the York Suburban Middle School. The school is located at 455 Sundale Drive in York, PA.    There is ample parking at the school and on the streets surrounding the school.  

Hours for the Book Nook Bonanza are as follows: 

Friday, June 26, 2009 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM 
(Absolutely no early admittance to this sale prior to 5:00 PM), and no one is allow to preshop the sale prior to the public sale beginning at 5:00 PM.

Saturday, June 27, 2009 from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM. 
We will close for one hour from 4:00 PM until 5:00 PM to prepare for the half price sale from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. All customers will be asked to leave the building for one hour, and will be readmitted at 5:00 PM.

Sunday, June 28, 2009 from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM. 
All books except old and rare and a small section of other specialty books will be sold for $3.00 per yard all day long.

Book Donations

Thank you very much for your book donations for the upcoming event.  We are no longer accepting book donations for this year's event.  If you would like to hold your donations for next year's event, we will accept them beginning in October of 2009 at our Dewey Street warehouse.  Beginning in October of 2009, book donations are accepted at our warehouse at 203 Dewey Street on Monday mornings only from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
